Culinary Arts Management, AAS

The Culinary Arts Basic Certificate, Culinary Arts Intermediate Certificate, and Culinary Arts Management AAS Degree will prepare students to enter occupations and related to the planning, directing, or coordinating activities of a food and beverage organization or department. These programs also train students to direct and participate in the preparation and cooking of food.
