Pre-Engineering, CC

The Pre-Engineering Certificate is a Level II Certificate of Completion that is designed to fully stack into LSCO’s Pre-Engineering Associate of Science Degree. This certificate is designed for dual credit students pursuing the AS in Pre-Engineering, to ensure that the correct sequence of courses are taken in order to transition seamlessly into the AS plan upon high school graduation. The AS in Pre-Engineering prepares students to transition to Universities in Texas that offer Bachelor of Science Engineering Degrees. (NOTE: As a Level II Certificate, this certificate is subject to the Texas Success Initiative and would require TSI testing if a student is not otherwise exempt.)
